Lucknow University Eligibility Criteria 2022

The candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned below can apply for the Lucknow University Admission 2022:

For undergraduate courses:

• BA: The candidates should have passed the class 12th exam with minimum 40% marks (33% for candidates belonging to SC/ ST category).
• BA (Hons): The applicants need to clear the class 12th exam with minimum 60% marks (55% for candidates belonging to SC/ ST category).
• B.Com (Hons), B.Com Regular and B.Com (Self Finance): A pass in class 12th exam with Commerce/ Economics/ Mathematics as one of the subjects and at least 40% marks (33% for candidates belonging to SC/ ST category) is required. For B.Com (Hons) 60% marks (55% for candidates belonging to SC/ ST category) is required.
• LLB (5 years): Those who have passed the class 12th exam with a minimum 45% marks (40% for candidates belonging to SC/ ST category) are eligible.
• B.Sc: Applicants should have cleared the class 12th exam with Science having Mathematics as a subject (for Mathematics group) or Biology as a subject (for Biology group) and a minimum of 40% marks (33% for candidates belonging to SC/ ST category).
• BVA/ BFA: The candidates who have cleared their class 12th exam (preferably with Vocal or Fine Arts subjects, as applicable) can apply.
• B.Voc (Renewable Energy): A passed in class 12th exam with Science subject and at least 40% marks (33% for candidates belonging to SC/ ST category) is required.

• BBA, BBA (IB), BBA (MS) & BBA (Tourism): The applicants need to clear their class 12th exam to be eligible for BBA courses.
• B.Tech: Those who have cleared the class 12th exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics can apply.
• BCA: Candidates should have passed the class 12th exam with Mathematics/ Computer Science/ Computer Application as a subject scoring not less than 50% marks (45% for candidates belonging to SC/ ST category).
• B.El.Ed: Applicants should have cleared the class 12th exam with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
• B.P.Ed: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline with Physical Education as a compulsory/ elective subject scoring at least 50% marks and participation in the inter college/ inter zonal/ district/ school competition in sports and games is required. Age as on July 1 2021 must not be more than 25 years

For postgraduate courses:

• • MA: The applicants should have completed B.A. degree securing a minimum of 45% marks (40% for candidates belonging to SC/ ST category).
  • M.Com: Candidates should hold a B.Com degree with not less than 45% marks (40% for candidates belonging to SC/ ST category).
• M.Sc: Those with a B.Sc degree with not less than 45% marks (40% for candidates belonging to SC/ ST category) are eligible.
• LL.B (3 year) & B.Lib.I.Sc: Any graduate can apply for the 3 year LLB and B.Lib.I.Sc degree program.
• LL.M.: Applicants should have done LLB with a minimum of 50% marks (48% for candidates belonging to SC/ ST category) in order to be eligible.
• M.Lib.I.Sc: Those with a B.Lib.I.Sc degree are eligible.
• MVA/ MFA: The candidates should hold a BVA/ BFA degree respectively.
• MBA (Integrated): A pass in class 12th exam is required.
• MCA: Those with a BCA degree can apply.
• M.Ed: Candidates having B.Ed, B.A. B.Ed, B.Sc. B.Ed, B.El.Ed & D.El.Ed with an UG Degree or BTC or LT diploma and minimum 50% marks are eligible.
• M.P.Ed.: The applicants should have a B.P.Ed degree or graduation with Physical Education with at least 50% marks. Age as on July 1 2022 must not be more than 35 years.

Lucknow University 2022 Application Form

Candidates interested for admission into Lucknow University can submit their application form through online mode. The application form will be made available on the official website of the university www.lkouniv.ac.in.

• Personal details of the candidates such as name, gender, date of birth, category, domicile, etc need to be provided into the application.
• Details related to the qualifying exam like passing year, board name, marks scored, etc will also be asked into the application form.
