JEECUP Admit Card 2023: Link to be Available Soon

UP Polytechnic admit card 2023 will be released in online mode in the first or second week of May 2023. Candidates who successfully submitted their JEECUP application form 2023 will be able to download their admit card. The admit card can be downloaded using the application number and password generated during online registration. Only the candidates with a valid admit card will be allowed to take their examination. Admit card is an important document and must be kept safe till the whole process of admission is over.

How to download UP Polytechnic admit card 2023?

The candidates will be able to download their admit card by visiting the official website of JEECUP. Follow the steps given below to download the admit card:

  • Visit the official JEECUP website jeecup.nic.in and go to the candidate login page
  • Direct link to download the admit card will also be made available on this page.
  • The admit card will be downloaded by candidate by logging into their account using their application number and password.
  • Candidates should download their admit card and take its printout.
  • The printout of the admit card must be carried to the exam center in order to appear for the exam.
  • In case you forgot or lost your registration id and/ or password, you can retrieve it by clicking on the Forgot Registration or Forgot Password link and following the instructions.

Details on the JEECUP Admit Card 2023

The admit card for JEECUP exam will contain the following details related to the candidates and the exam:

  • Name of the candidate
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Category
  • Roll number
  • Candidates’ photograph
  • Signature of the candidate
  • Exam timing
  • Exam shift
  • Address of the exam center

JEECUP Admit Card 2023- Important Points

  • Candidates are advised to take multiple printouts of the admit card to be safe from loss or damage.
  • Admit card damaged or distorted in any manner will not be considered as valid.
  • Any kind of discrepancy if found on the admit card must be communicated to the UPJEE (Polytechnic) Council immediately for correction.
  • No admit card will be sent to the candidates by post, courier, fax or any other means than online.
  • Nothing must be written on the admit card, even after the exam is over.
  • No candidates will be allowed to appear at an exam center other than the one mentioned in the admit card.
  • Photocopy of the admit card will not be considered as valid. The candidates must only carry the printout of the admit card to the exam center.

Significance of the Admit Card

  • No candidate will be allowed entry in the examination hall without a valid admit card.
  • Details of the exam center will be communicated to the candidates through their admit card only.
  • Roll number of the candidates according to which they will be seated inside the exam hall will also be mentioned on the admit card.
  • Admit card will also be required at the time of counseling and admission process and therefore must be kept safe.

Guidelines to Candidates

  • Admit card issued to the candidates will be provisional subject to fulfillment of eligibility.
  • The candidates must show their admit card if asked by the invigilator in the exam hall. The invigilator might check the details mentioned on the admit card of the candidates for verification.
  • No other document except admit card and identity proof should be carried inside the examination hall.
  • Smoking, eating and drinking is strictly prohibited in the examination room.
  • The test will start exactly at the time mentioned in the admit card and the announcement made by the invigilator in this regard.
  • No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam hall 30 minutes after the commencement of examination.
  • No candidate, without the special permission of the Centre Superintendent or the Invigilator concerned, will be allowed to leave his/her seat or exam hall.

Items to be carried and not to be carried inside the Exam Hall

The following is the list of the allowed and restricted items in the exam hall:

Admit card, Identity Proof and Stationary Items (blue/ black ball point pen and cardboard or clipboard with nothing written on it)

Restricted items

Any textual material, Calculators, DocuPen, Slide Rules, Log Tables, Electronic Watches with Facility Of Calculator, Printed Or Written Material, Bits Of Papers, Mobile Phone, Pager, Baggage, Tea, Coffee, Cold Drinks Or Snacks
