Gujarat PGCET 2022 Eligibility Criteria
The candidates need to fulfill the eligibility criteria given below in order to appear for the Gujarat PGCET exam
For Engineering/Technology Course
- The candidates must have passed B.E/ B.Tech exam in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST/ SEBC candidates)
For Pharmacy
- The candidate should possess a B.Pharma or equivalent qualification with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ ST/ SEBC candidates)
Gujarat PGCET Application Form 2022
The candidates who are looking to apply for the Gujarat PGCET 2022 exam need to buy the user id and pin from any designated branch of Kotak Mahindra Bank. After buying the user id and pin, the candidates need to register themselves online on the official website i.e. www.gujacpadm.nic.in using the user id and pin. Once registered, the candidates should enter all the required information in the application form.
In addition to the details, the candidates have to upload the scanned copies of passport size photograph in any of the jpg, png, bmp format of max. size 20 KB.
The candidates have to submit the printout of registration detail along with the self-attested copies of all the relevant documents at the designated help centre. The verification of documents will also be done at the help center, so it compulsory for all the candidates to carry their original document while visiting the help centre.
Application Fee
- The application fee of Rs. 500/- need to be paid in cash while purchasing the user id and pin from the designated branch of Kotak Mahindra Bank.
Gujarat PGCET 2022 Exam Pattern
The exam pattern for Gujarat PGCET 2022 is given below:
Mode of Exam: Offline (OMR Sheet Based)
Type of Question: Objective Type multiple choice questions will be asked.
Number of Questions: 100
Duration of exam: 90 minutes (100 minutes for Pharmacy course)
Marking Scheme: Each question will carry 1 mark
Negative Marking: There is no negative marking.

Gujarat PGCET 2022 Admit Card
The candidates can collect the registration acknowledgment slip cum admit card for the Gujarat PGCET exam from the help center after submitting the application form. Please note that it is compulsory for every candidate to carry his/her original documents at the help centre; otherwise, admit card will not be issued. It will be mandatory for every candidate to carry the admit card at the exam center.
Gujarat PGCET 2022 Result
After the commencement of exam the admission committee will create two merit lists. One will be based on the candidate’s GATE or GPAT score while other based on Gujarat PGCET 2022 score. Both the merit lists will be updated on the official website. The candidates who will get their name in the merit list will be eligible for choice filling process.
Gujarat PGCET 2022 Counselling
Soon after the declaration of result, the choice filling or counselling process will start. Before the actual counselling, a mock counselling will be conducted by the authorities to make the candidates more familiar with the process. The counselling will be held online and the candidates have to enter their choice of course and institute. The second round of counselling may also take place if the seat remains vacant.
