The CAT Syllabus is basically categorized into four parts-

- Data Interpretation
- Verbal Ability
- Logical Reasoning.
Quantitative Ability or Mathematics
This section deals with questions related to mathematics. The difficulty level will be that if 10+2 standard so aspirants must prepare accordingly. Aspirants can note down the core topics of the concerned section for quick reference –

CAT Exam Pattern
The CAT exam is a computer-based exam (CBT) which will comprise 100 questions from different sections mentioned above. Question will be asked in multiple choice questions (MCQ) form mostly but some Non-MCQs might be asked also. The duration of the examination will be 3 Hours. For each correct answer, 3 marks will be awarded & one mark will be deducted for the incorrect response.
