BHU UET Application Form: Apply Online Direct Link

The application form for BHU undergraduate courses may release in January 2022. Interested and eligible candidates can fill and submit their application form and appear for the exam. Along with the form, the candidates also need to submit a specified amount of application fee. Complete process of application will be online only. Last date for application submission may fall in March 2022. This post provides the candidates complete details related to the BHU UET Application Form.

Main Highlights

  • Fields marked with asterisk (*) in the application form are mandatory and must be provided by the candidates.
  • Any detail provided into the form cannot be edited at any later stage after the submission of the form.
  • Choice for exam test city must be entered by the candidates into the order of preference.
  • A copy of the confirmation page must be kept safe by the candidates in case of any future reference.
  • After submission of application fee, the candidates must make sure that the fee payment status in their dashboard shows OK.
  • In case fee payment status is not updated, candidates need to contact the bank in case of challan submission.
  • For online fee submission candidates need to make repayment of fee. The amount debited earlier will be reversed within 7 to 10 days.

Steps to fill BHU UET Application Form

Application forms for UET is now available on the website www.bhuonline.in. Follow the instructions given below to successfully fill and submit your application.

Online Registration

Go to the website www.bhuonline.in and click on ‘Apply for Admission’ button under ‘Under Graduate’. On the new page that appears, click on ‘Register Yourself’. A registration form will appear asking details like email id, password, name, gender, mobile number, etc. Enter these details carefully and click on the ‘Sign up’ button.

This completes the process of registration. An activation link will be sent on the registered email id and the candidates need to open this link and confirm their registration. To confirm the registration, candidates will be required to provide the validation code received on registered email and mobile number.

Filling Identification Details Form

After successful validation, the candidates should fill the Identification Details Form. In this form, candidates need to select the document they will be using as their identity proof and then enter the details regarding the same.

The identification document whose details is provided must be carried to the exam centre on exam day along with the admit card.

Candidates can select any of the following documents- Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID issued by the Election Commission of India, Bank Passbook affixed with the photograph, Driving License, Pan Card, any other valid Government ID Number and Admit Card issued by the concerned Boards

Selection of Course

In this section, the candidates need to select the course for which they will be appearing in the UET.

Make sure that you meet the eligibility for the course that you select here. Once selected, no change will be possible.

Filling Application Form

Now, the candidates can proceed with providing the details into the application form. Tap on the ‘Application Details’ button present on the left side of the screen and start entering the columns that are blank. After providing all the details, click on the ‘Save & Continue’ button.

Candidates then need to upload their photograph and signature into the form, select the mode for the exam (OMR based or CBT) and provide test center preference. After providing these details, click on ‘Save & Continue’ button to complete the process of filling the application form.

Submitting Application From

Candidates can now see their application form preview and can make editing, if required, by clicking on the back button. If there is no error in the form, click on the ‘Continue & Submit’ button to make final submission of form.

After submission of application, candidates will be redirected to ‘My Application’ section. On this page, they can add other courses they wish to apply for. For every selected course, candidates will have to opt for mode of test and test centers.

Payment of Application Fee

To complete the application process, the candidates need to pay the prescribed amount of application fee. For submitting the application fee, click ‘Make Payments’ icon from the ‘Dashboard’ and select the application for which you want to pay the fee. Upon successful payment of fee, candidates will be able to take a printout of the confirmation page.

Specifications for the documents to be uploaded

Only the documents meeting the criteria specified below can be uploaded into the application form. Candidates must adhere to the same while uploading the documents.

Mode of payment

Online payment: Online payment of application fee can be done using credit card/ debit card through the payment gateway available on the entrance test portal. Candidates need to provide details like card number, expiry date, name on the card, CVV and OTP to make payment of the fee.

Payment through cash: Application fee payment in cash can be done via challan.

After filling the application form, the candidates can print the challan from the entrance test portal. The printout will contain all necessary details of the candidate and bank account details of the Banaras Hindu University.

Candidates need to visit any branch of the HDFC Bank along with this printout and application fee amount and submit them both. A copy of the challan will be returned to the candidate by the bank that should be kept safe.

For fee payment via challan, the candidate should necessarily ask the concerned bank to update the fee status.
